This August, I’m honoured to be sharing breath and space at Breathe: A Festival of Life 2025; the UK’s only breathwork festival, dedicated to the medicine of the breath in all its forms.
Breathe Festival gathers breathworkers, healers, and breath enthusiasts in the UK to explore the transformational power of the breath. Whether you are completely new to breathwork or deeply on your path, there will be something for you here.
About Breathe: A Festival of Life
Breathe Festival is a gathering that celebrates the breath as a bridge between body, mind, spirit, and community.
You’ll find a full spectrum of breathwork styles, conscious movement, sound healing, embodiment practices, and soul-nourishing workshops.
When: Wednesday 6th August - Sunday 11th August 2025.
Where: Osho Leela Centre of Development, Gillingham, Dorset
Who it’s for: Breathwork beginners, experienced practitioners, space holders, and anyone drawn to conscious healing through breath.
