The Breath Collective

The Breath Collective is an initiative that engages in a decolonial approach to attending to our minds, bodies and breath, actively unlearning patterns of oppression that we have learned through patriarchy, capitalism and whiteness.

Those highlighted in white are graduates of Inspire Breathwork and those in orange are in the second year conducting their research thesis.

If you are interested in participating in our research initiative, please reach out to them directly. Research tends to be across 10 breathwork sessions and vary in price from free to a nominal fee.

Love and Justice are not two. Without inner change, there can be no outer change. Without collective change, no change matters. - Dr. Rev Angel Kyodo Williams
