Conscious connected breathwork online courses
You are already breathing. Conscious connected breathwork, or CCB, asks what happens when that breath becomes continuous, deliberate, and held inside a guided container, rather than something you only notice in passing.
If you've read our guide to what conscious connected breathwork actually is and want to know where to actually experience it, here's an honest look at the online paths available through Inspire Breathwork, depending on where you're starting from.
Try it first, before committing to anything
If you've never experienced CCB before, Free Guided Breathwork is a no-cost way to try a session for yourself online, with nothing to sign up for beyond showing up. It's a reasonable first step before deciding whether to go further.
Tide Ritual: a guided introduction
Tide Ritual is a six-week live online course built around conscious connected breathing, held in a group setting with real facilitation each week. It's designed for people who are new to CCB, or who want consistent, supported practice rather than a single session. Since CCB can bring up real emotional intensity, having a trained facilitator present throughout matters more here than with gentler daily techniques.
Breathing Beyond Empire: going deeper
For people who've already spent time with CCB and want to explore it through a wider lens, Breathing Beyond Empire looks at breath, embodiment, and healing within the systems and cultures we actually live inside, rather than treating CCB as just another individual wellness tool.
Facilitator Training: learning to hold CCB for others
If you're feeling called to train in this modality professionally, our Breathwork Facilitator Training is a two-year, internationally accredited program that includes deep, supervised training in CCB alongside trauma-informed practice and ethics. It meets the standards of the UKBA, GPBA, and IBF, including the IBF's dedicated CCB practitioner tier.
A note before you choose
CCB is more intense than gentler practices like diaphragmatic breathing or box breathing. It works by shifting the balance of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the body, which can bring on altered states of consciousness and real emotional release. That's part of what makes it powerful, and part of why it's genuinely worth learning within a guided, trauma-informed container rather than attempting alone from a video.

Frequently asked questions
Can I learn CCB entirely online? Yes, all of the courses above run online, though our Facilitator Training also includes a one-week in-person assessment immersion during Year 2.
Do I need experience before joining Tide Ritual? No. Tide Ritual is built as an accessible entry point for people new to CCB.
Is CCB safe to practice without a facilitator? Gentler breathing techniques are generally safe to self-guide, but CCB's altered states and emotional intensity are best explored with a trained facilitator present, especially as a beginner.
How is Facilitator Training different from the other courses? It's a full, accredited, two-year professional training path for people who want to hold CCB and other breathwork practices for others, not just experience it themselves.
