New Year Anti-Resolution
A free 3-day breathwork program reclaiming time and resisting urgency
The breath has always been our medicine, we have been forced to forget it. My role is to remind you of the power of the breath and how it can help you change your life.
My name is Hannah Kendaru and I am an Indonesian-British Breathwork Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in the wellness industry. I am the founder of Inspire Breathwork and Director of the UK Breathwork Association.
At Inspire Breathwork I am establishing a foundation of expert breathworkers by revealing the stolen medicine of the breath to the lost healers of our time. I do this by making breathwork accessible to those who want to breathe, training people to become breathwork facilitators who practice with integrity and by advocating safety, consent and accountability in the profession.
This is a free 3-day course to support the reflection that is needed in this moment.
I am hoping that this moment allows us to have honest and candid conversation of where we are, allowing ourselves to stay in the depth, listen to what is here and letting the process of this season to move.
The real time of transition is in the Spring. To help shepherd transitions in alignment with the lunar and solar cycles, please join me for The Tide Ritual, a six-week program that supports you the tides of change.
This 3-Day offering is an invitation to sit, listen and feel with clarity. We are currently inundated with so many ideas of change right now, and yet we find ourselves that the beginning of a made-up calendar.
This gregorian calendar isnt in sync with the lunar or solar cycles. Now is not a time to change, we are still deep in our incubation periods, this year hasnt ended yet.
This offering is a counter to all the forces that push us to move in a time of stillness. So, thank you for being here.
Structure
In this free 3-day course, we will move through 3 stages, in both a theoretical and embodied way. Each day there is a presentation and workshop element and there is also a breathwork element.

Breathe With Me
Signing up to this course also gives you access to The Fireside and The Hearth: Monthly Breathwork Spaces held online.
🔥 The Fireside
First Wednesday of every month
A space for People of the Global Majority (Black, Brown, Indigenous and People of Colour)
The wellness industry is dominated by whiteness and it's hard for black and brown bodies to fully relax, heal and reap the benefits. So many of these spaces are kept exclusive, and rightly so, as they are not safe for us. I realise now that I do not want to be included in these spaces, but we must create our own.
🕯 The Hearth
Second Wednesday of every month
A space for white-bodied folks deconditioning from whiteness.
The Hearth breathwork space is specifically for white-bodied folks moving through the process of deconditioning of whiteness. This means those who are learning about race and racism, who are trying to understand the history of colonisation, of historical oppression and who are trying to move their minds, bodies and spirits around privilege and power.
