Become The Breathwork Facilitator Your Community Has Been Waiting For
A 2-year training for those called to bring breathwork to the people most left behind by the wellness industry.
IBF Accredited • GPBA Accredited • UKBA Accredited • 420 Hours
Something called you here.
Maybe you’ve experienced the power of breathwork that reached deeper than other therapies.
And maybe somewhere in that abyss, a question started forming.
“What if I could offer this to others?
With integrity.
Something in line with my beliefs.”
You’ve probably looked at other trainings. And something stopped you.
Maybe it was the white-washed approach that stripped the breath of its roots. Or the promised mastery in only a few weeks. Or it didn’t feel like the practice was yours.
This one is different.
Shall we honour your curious side?
Not many people come this far in exploring this training.
I invite you for a 20 minute chat so we can introduce ourselves to each other and see if we are a fit.
You can book now and can easily cancel if you change your mind.
Who is this training for?
01
This training is for the therapist who knows we can no longer send patients back into the systems that make them sick
02
For the community worker who wants tools that meet people where systemic harm has left them.
03
For the person who survived something, and wished that breathwork found them earlier.
04
For the one who looked at every other breathwork training and felt the mismatch.
We are looking for
The Lost
Healers
of our time
Often found working in careers to survive, but with talents that would flourish outside of the corporate machine.
The Wellness Industry Is Failing Us
Healing has been privatised, individualised, and sold back to the very people it extracted from. It makes people exhausted, disconnected, and spiritually adrift. And the tools, meant to help them often make things worse.
Many people seeking breathwork are looking for someone they can genuinely relate to. Someone who understands their lived experience.
That could be you.
Through breathwork, you have the opportunity to build a meaningful business while creating real impact in people’s lives.
Burn-out
Therapy, self-help, and wellness subscriptions often manage symptoms without reaching the root. The body continues to carry what the mind cannot always explain.
Systems of harm are ignored
Conventional approaches often treat people in isolation from the systems that shaped them including colonialism, institutional trauma, and inherited wounds.
Ancestral knowledge stolen
Breathwork, somatic healing, and communal rituals have existed across cultures and lineages for generations.
Many of these practices were erased, commercialised, or disconnected from their roots.
Access denied
The communities most impacted by trauma including schools, hospitals, prisons, and underserved communities, are often the last to receive meaningful healing support.
If you feel called to change this,
this training was built for you.
Breathwork is Ancient.
And It’s Now.
The breath is the only involuntary function of the body we can consciously control. It’s a bridge between the automatic and the intentional, the body and the mind, the self and something larger.
Breathwork isn't new.
It lives in every lineage - in prayer, in ceremony, in song. Modern science is just beginning to confirm what our ancestors already knew: controlled breathing regulates the nervous system, processes stored trauma, and opens states of consciousness that ordinary life can't reach.
What we cover in this course:
Nervous system regulation
Trauma release
Somatic healing
Emotional processing
Ancestral practice
Polyvagal theory
Altered states
1. Scientifically grounded
Polyvagal theory, HRV research, and somatic neuroscience explain how breathwork literally rewires stress response.
2. Emotionally transformative
Breath creates access to grief, rage, joy, and peace held in the body. It reaches beyond what talk therapy reaches.
3. Spiritually reconnecting
Across traditions, the breath is the seat of spirit, life force, and belonging to something greater than the self.
4. Why now?
Late-stage capitalism, collective grief, the aftermath of the pandemic, and continuous wars have created a global hunger for somatic healing. Breathwork is at the forefront.
Who You Become:
Stepping up & Stepping in to this work

You have a trauma-informed, decolonial framework and a published case study from real-world practice.
You run a sustainable breathwork practice with a website, pricing structure, and a community of peers.
A two-year journey,

Why choose this program?
Not another wellness training.
Rooted in Embodied Social Justice and Decolonial Healing
The First of Its Kind
Intentionally designed to centre those historically marginalised by the wellness industry.
Trauma-Informed at Every Level
Throughout the training, we explore:
Historical trauma
Intergenerational trauma
Institutional trauma
Personal trauma
A decolonial approach recognises that trauma does not exist only at the individual level. It lives across systems, histories, families, and communities. Treating intergenerational trauma purely as a personal issue can disconnect people from their lineage, collective memory, resilience, and resistance.
These perspectives are woven throughout the entire curriculum, not isolated into a single module.
Small Learning Groups
Small cohort sizes allow for meaningful mentorship, deeper relational learning, and a strong sense of community that continues beyond graduation. We aim for 12 people per cohort.
Spiralic, Not Linear
Learning is revisited, layered, and deepened over time, reflecting how embodied transformation and nervous system learning actually occur. Whether you have an academic background or not, this is integrative learning which makes sure you understand and embody the content so you can teach others with confidence.
Built to Infiltrate & Integrate
You will graduate with practical experience, field research, facilitation confidence, and foundational business skills to bring breathwork into real-world spaces, including schools, hospitals, prisons, community organisations, and workplaces.
Science and Spirit, Held Together
This training integrates somatic neuroscience, embodied practice, and ancestral wisdom without separating science from spirituality.
